This is a modified CB microphone with a built in echo circuit. It comes stock with echo volume and echo time dials on the rear. There are also adjustable gain controls on the back via trim pots & a small screwdriver. VR2 - output volume level VR3 - echo volume control I've replaced the XLR jack with a rock solid TRS jack and added a pretty no-nonsense feedback function with a switch (Feedback comes into play at 0:58 in the demo). Even with the switch engaged, when the knob is cranked CCW there's no feedback effect, so you can leave it on and play with the knob to bring it in and out or you can set your desired feedback level and bring it in and out with the switch. It can be smooth and chill or it can be noisy and brutal. Up to you. it's your special day with The Microphone.
